We provide consultation/ technical expertise in developing and managing the Range Training and Lands Program for the National Guard Bureau.
Golden, Weise and Associates (GWA), is a veteran owned small business located in Green Cove Springs Florida.
GWA was founded in 1997 to provide training, development, design and consultation management strategies to include facilitation services for military ranges and targetry centers.
Our Prime Customer is the National Guard Bureau.
GWA is the prime contractor for providing technical input to the National Guard Bureau on the Range Training and Lands Program
(RTLP) to include certified/licensed support in the areas of range instrumentation, new range construction/existing range and targetry upgrades.
GWA plans, coordinates, monitors and executes the National Guard Range Operations Certification Course and the Range Safety Certification Course.
GWA provides the certified instructors and all required automation that are used to conduct these courses.

Our Services
Services include technical consultation which is done in conjunction with the Corp of Engineers, The Installations Facilities Management Office, Range Control Personnel, Contractors,
Environmental Representatives.
We provide consultation to include input on costing, regulatory, surveying, new/upgraded targetry installation, construction for new and or redesign of military firing ranges for National Guard Installation
throughout the US.
GWA provides a portable classroom with certified instructors for Range Safety and Range Operations. Each course is 40hours and students will receive a certification of completion. These courses are conducted at numerous National Guard Installations throughout the year.
